Architectural Control

As provided for by the Bartlett Manor Home Owners Association Declarations of Restrictions and Covenants, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) exists to ensure, and has sole authority to approve, the quality, materials, harmony of exterior design and location in relation to other structures, topography, and compliance with the Declarations of all new structures, and of additions/improvements/changes/alterations to the exterior of existing structures.

 

Please note: Homeowners must obtain approval from the ACC for exterior changes such as; painting, tree removal, windows, roofing, siding and landscaping.

 

As a reminder, the homeowner is also responsible for obtaining any required permits from the city. Please submit the form below to BartlettManorACC@gmail.com and seek approval prior to the start of any exterior work on your lot. The ACC will respond to each request for approval within 30 calendar days.
