Bartlett Manor is a subdivision located in Brookfield, WI. Started in 1987, we consist of 113 lots with beautiful homes and mature landscaping. We are located near many great schools, city parks, grocery and retail stores, diverse restaurants, and I-94. Some parks within walking distance include Camelot Park, Fox Brook Park, and Mitchell Park.

 

The nearby Corners of Brookfield is a recent development that includes grocery and retail stores, restaurants, an outdoor event area, and a movie theater (coming soon). Additionally, we are located close to the Capital Drive Corridor and less than six miles from Brookfield Square Mall.
